Stronger together
Building long-term, sustainable value begins by finding the best talent. Because our success comes from our people, we are committed to being an employer of choice – with a strong commitment to ensure our employees are treated with dignity and respect.
We work hard to foster an inclusive culture, so employees feel valued at work and empowered to excel in their roles. We are committed to providing an equal opportunity and a non-discriminatory workplace; protecting health and safety; engaging, developing and empowering our employees through extensive internal and external training; and aligning incentive programs with our strategic objectives.
It is the people. We work with impressive people who are committed to the company mission and are willing to dive in and do what it takes to make the team successful. And they do it with humility and without ego.”
We want our employees to have long-term, rewarding careers with Kaiser Aluminum. That is why we invest in our team members.
Ensuring the safety of our employees is our highest priority. It is our duty and responsibility to provide a safe and secure work environment for all our employees. At Kaiser Aluminum, team members – full-time, part-time, and contractors – are required to receive relevant safety training at the outset of their employment and annually thereafter.
Our goal is for employees to experience careers at Kaiser Aluminum that are both meaningful and rewarding. To achieve this, we invest in our team members to help them reach their full potential, offering opportunities to expand personally and professionally. Our comprehensive career development programs cater to all levels, from leaders to individual contributors.

To lessen the financial burden of higher education, eligible employees and their children have the opportunity to pursue their educational goals through the Kaiser Aluminum Scholarship Program. This program provides financial assistance to participants attending an accredited college, university, or vocational school program of the student’s choice.
We provide a range of health and wellness benefits, underscoring our dedication to being a Preferred Employer. All full-time and part-time employees working 30 hours or more are eligible for our health, dental, and vision plans, as well as paid vacation, paid leave, and financial and wellness benefits. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is one of the cornerstones of our wellness offerings. Through the EAP, employees can speak with an unbiased third-party about their concerns related to health, work, or personal matters and receive coaching or referrals to specific services. Our Health Advocate benefit assists employees in understanding their benefits and locating the right provider for their needs.
